CV
Summary #
I am a biostatistician and researcher in medical sciences specialising in statistical modelling, data science, and digital health analytics. Having completed my PhD at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) within the Biostatistics and Medical Informatics Research Group (BISI), I focus on developing and applying innovative methods that strengthen the scientific process and promote reproducibility in research.
My expertise spans multilevel and longitudinal modelling, high-dimensional data analysis, machine learning, and interactive data visualisation. I have contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications and collaborations with clinicians and scientists at VUB and UZ-Brussel, providing methodological guidance across the full research cycle, from study design and power analysis to data interpretation and reporting.
I am passionate about bridging statistical theory and practical application through open science, methodological innovation, and interactive tools. My goal is to make complex statistical methods more accessible, enabling researchers to make robust, data-driven decisions that improve health and scientific outcomes.
